STUDIO
SUITE
The suites are located in the main building of the resort. The decor is of a
truly Mediterranean style, with marble floors, and the colour scheme
incorporates pastel shades of peach, coral, aqua and green, set off by a base
colour of off white. All rooms have louvered shutters and king size beds, or two
three quarter beds. Some rooms are interconnecting and all Studio Suites have
full sea view.

GARDEN STUDIO SUITE
These suites are located in groups of individual residences within Anassa’s
fragrant landscaped gardens. Inspired by traditional Cypriot architecture, the
Garden Studio Suites are reached by winding pathways that increase their air of
privacy. Spacious and comfortable rooms are superbly decorated with pastel
shades of peach, coral and aqua, while white walls and marble floors create a
sense of cool Mediterranean elegance. All rooms have breathtaking views of the
sea and the unspoiled stretch of the north-west coast.

JUNIOR SUITE
These suites are located either in the main building or in one of the individual
residences within the gardens. They are superbly appointed and spacious, with a
very comfortable lounge area and a view to the sea. The Mediterranean style of
the furniture and the louvered shutters, create a feeling of spaciousness and
coolness. All Junior Suites have king size beds, full air-conditioning,
television with satellite channels, telephone, hi-fi, minibar and safe; some
also have a private pool on the terrace.

SUITES
The suites are located in the main building or in one of the individual
residences within the tastefully landscaped gardens. They are superbly appointed
with custom-made furnishings and features. The blue and white colours and the
marble floors create an atmosphere of coolness and comfort, in the Mediterranean
style. The bedroom has a spacious, en suite bathroom and the living room area
has a visitor’s bathroom with shower and toilet. All suites are fully
air-conditioned and have a telephone, television with satellite channels, hi-fi
and VCR, minibar and a safe. Some suites have a fireplace and a private pool on
the terrace. There are also two-bedroom suites available.
Each room has a balcony or a terrace, suitable for private dining, whose view
offers unique panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea with the unspoilt coastline of
the North West of Cyprus and the Neo Chorio village.

ADONIS
& APHRODITE SUITE
The ultimate in comfort and elegance is offered in these two Suites, situated on
the top floor of the resort. Both suites have one bedroom with luxurious
bathroom facilities, a whirlpool on their balcony and are beautifully furnished.
A fireplace and antiques grace the rooms of these opulent suites, which enjoy
vistas of the blue Mediterranean Sea as well as the Akamas Peninsula and the Neo
Chorio village.

ANAX
SUITE 2 BEDROOM
The ultimate in comfort and elegance, Anassa's Anax Suite is truly palatial. It
even has its own spacious and sumptuously decorated rotunda sitting room,
complete with a beautifully painted domed ceiling and stunning views of the bay
through arched windows. Furniture crafted in wrought iron, cast stone and carved
wood is complemented by elegant antiques and rich fabrics in the restful colours
of cream, sand and oatmeal. The vast bedroom pampers guests with every luxury
amenity, including an opulent marble bathroom, and can be adjusted to
accommodate either one or two beds.

ALEXANDROS
RESIDENCE
The ultimate in comfort and elegance. Alexandros Residence is an opulent vila
type suite, located in the landscaped gardens of the East of the hotel. Built on
two stories, it has numerous exclusive features, including its own entrance
foyer, separate dining room / living room area with fireplace, a study / library
with phone and direct fax, and a kitchenette. The villa has its own private pool
(3.7x7.5 metres) situated on a large terrace on the ground floor, with stunning
views over Chrysochou Bay. The bedrooms, one with twin beds are located on the
upper floor, and each has its own balcony and bathroom. Both bedrooms and living
room are fully equipped with a video and hi-fi system, and the living room also
has a DVD. An internal staircase connects the two floors. All the rooms are
luxuriously furnished with unique antiques and pieces of art.

Fishermen from the local village of Latchi supply freshly caught fish on a daily

The romantic, candlelit Basiliko is Anassa's signature restaurant, the delicious

Mediterranean herbs and Oriental spices.
The Amphora restaurant serves fresh Mediterranean cuisine, Helios has an
imaginative mix of à la carte and table d'hôte menus, while Pelagos serves a
range of healthy snacks all day long at the poolside.

breathtaking, Roman style thalassotherapy health spa uses the restorative and
rejuvenating elements of the sea, alongside a wide range of beauty treatments
for the ultimate in pampering and luxury.
Thalassa Spa offers a variety of revitalising body treatments, including
thalassotherapy, algae wraps, massages, reflexology, shiatsu and aromatherapy.
Beauty treatments include facials, manicures and pedicures, bust treatments and
makeovers. There is also a hair salon. Other facilities include saunas, steam
baths, a stunning indoor heated pool and exercise pool, squash court and fitness
